I am zara trott 

I am a recent film graduate from University of Westminster.  During my time at University I developed my skills as a Producer and First Assistant Director - working on numerous projects such as documentary, short film and commercial. From a young age I have been drawn in telling stories and creating a world that an audience  could truly be  immersed in; inspired by the works of Spielberg and Del Toro . At the age of 8 years old I wrote and directed my first Musical Film 'Sunglasses' forcing my friends to act and crew it with me.  Film making has always been my medium for  me to express my thoughts  and feelings. 

Currently I am developing my own projects  Escape from Czechoslovakia  and Kath and Georgia, whilst working as an Assistant Director in Film and HETV. Most recent work includes Wicked Little Letters directed by Thea Sharrock and  Mary and George produced by John Finn.
